Aimee is an entrepreneur with two decades of diverse leadership experience. She created Beepo in response to all that she learned as a business owner outsourcing elements of her work to Asia. Aimee saw there was great need for an outsourcing company that could deliver premium service and success to businesses all around the world. An innovator, she integrated the latest technology with best practices in recruitment and quality assurance to design Beepo - the new standard in offshore services. A ‘2015 Young Entrepreneur Trailblazer of the year’, Aimee is leading Beepo to bold new horizons with an expansion of services across several industries in Australia and the US, with an aim to maximise clients’ customer service and business efficiency. She is spearheading the company’s forecast growth to 5000 staff over the next five years.
Nick has worked in sales leadership roles for some of the world's biggest brands for over 15 years. His collaborative, open approach and commitment to constant process improvement drives key strategic business development and growth. As Beepo’s Country Manager in the Philippines, Nick oversees operations at our facility in the Clark Freeport Zone.
Gary has six years financial planning experience, coupled with 14 years experience at the helm of a finance broking company. He successfully grew the finance broking business from zero to 100 loans per month. He also organically established a property management portfolio. He is passionate about working with clients on their business growth strategies.
Marcia has over six years experience in real estate sales and property management. As an Australian based Talent Manager, Marcia will assist with recruitment and selection of candidates and sharing best practice when working with offshore talent to deliver an exceptional customer experience to real estate customers.
Jessie Rey Narciso

Jessie has over 16 years of extensive experience in training and development, human resources, recruitment, operations management, continuous process improvement and project management. As our People and Culture Manager, Jessie is responsible for employee engagement, reward and recognition programs, compensation and benefits, labour relations and legal compliance.
Rayn-Ane Louise Bonus
TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
Rayn has 10 years experience working in a fast-paced international environment, specialising in talent acquisition. She has expertise in a range of different industries from start ups through to high growth operations. In her role as Talent Acquisition Manager Rayn works closely with the Talent Managers and Client Experience Team to provide top talent to all Beepo clients.
FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER
Marilou leads the way for Beepo’s finance and accountancy department. With 18 years accounting experience, she has held a Finance Manager role for the past 10 years for large multinationals in construction and IT. She is responsible for accounting administration, compliance, payroll, taxes, financial auditing and management in the Philippines and Australia.
CHIEF OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Mitch has over 15 years experience in the outsourcing industry. As our Philippines-based Chief of Customer Experience, Mitch responsible for inspiring and coaching the Client Experience Managers and their teams to optimise interactions for all Beepo customers. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve client relationships and staff retention.

Adrian has over 20 years experience in the Outsourcing industry with extensive operational, training and management experience in the industry with exposure in working with Western, European and Arab customers. As a Client Experience Manager, Adrian will assist with your overall experience working with offshore talent to deliver unparalleled experience to your business and your customers.
Regienald Fundanera (Gie)

Gie has more than 20 experience in the telecommunications industry, starting his career as a technical support rep for a large US telco. He joined Beepo in 2015. In his role as Client Experience Manager Gie overseas day-to-day operations for clients, but is also focused on growth, retention and lifetime value for both clients and Beepo staff.

Naomi understands the needs of Western businesses, having lived and worked in Australia for a number of years. She has over a decade of experience in the the outsourcing industry and has worked as Operations Manager for one of the world’s largest telcos. She works closely with our clients, ensuring day-to-day operations are carried out in a timely and skillful manner by our offshore staff.
Joanna Marie Macalino (Jaja)

Jaja has 12 years experience in the outsourcing industry working in various leadership and process improvement roles for US and UK companies. She has worked in a range of roles, including retail, sales, technical support and quality assurance. Jaja joined Beepo in 2016. In her role as Client Experience Manager she is responsible for the day-to-day client operations and is adept at problem solving, process enhancement and adding overall value to the client.
