Aimee saw there was great need for an outsourcing company that could deliver premium service and success to businesses all around the world. An innovator, she integrated the latest technology with best practices in recruitment and quality assurance to design Beepo - the new standard in offshore services. A ‘2015 Young Entrepreneur Trailblazer of the year’, Aimee is leading Beepo to bold new horizons with an expansion of services across several industries in Australia and the US, with an aim to maximise clients’ customer service and business efficiency. She is spearheading the company’s forecast growth to 5000 staff over the next five years.

    CHIEF OF CONTENT & CO-FOUNDER

    Mark has many years of experience as a leader and business analyst. As a founding member of Beepo he has been an integral part of the company’s burgeoning success. Mark works in varying capacities across Beepo, but predominantly drives Marketing and Content Strategy ensuring existing and future customers are fully up to date on how Beepo can help them grow.

    COUNTRY MANAGER, PHILIPPINES

    Nick has worked in Sales Leadership roles for some of the world's biggest brands for over 15 years. His strengths in building long term business relationships with both his clients and staff make him a valuable asset to the Beepo Team. His collaborative, open approach and commitment to constant process improvement drives key strategic business development and growth. As Beepo’s Country Manager in the Philippines, Nick oversees operations at our facility in the Clark Freeport Zone.

    FINANCE & BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

    Jen has held senior finance and project management roles and has worked with top performing marketing teams for over 20 years. With a Black Belt in Six Sigma and extensive experience in financial management, business planning, reporting and analysis, and process improvement, Jen has top notch analytical and problem-solving skills. She has a passion for helping businesses grow and thrive by aligning People, Process and Technology initiatives more closely with business strategy and vision.

    NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

    Gary has 6 years financial planning experience, coupled with 14 years experience at the helm of a finance broking company. He successfully grew the finance broking business from zero to 100 loans per month. He also organically established a property management portfolio. He is passionate about working with clients on their business growth strategies.

    TALENT MANAGER

    Marcia has over 6 years experience in real estate sales and property management. As an Australian based Talent Manager, Marcia will assist with Recruitment and selection of candidates and sharing best practice when working with offshore talent to deliver an exceptional customer experience to Real Estate customers.

    TALENT MANAGER

    Beth has over 10 year experience in the recruitment industry working for large companies such as Ranstad and Compass Group. As an Australian based Talent Manager, Beth will assist with Recruitment and selection of candidates and sharing best practice when working with offshore talent to deliver an exceptional customer experience to customers.

    CHIEF OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

    Mitch is a strong leader responsible for inspiring and coaching the Client Experience Managers and their teams to optimise interactions for all Beepo customers. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve client relationships, dedication and satisfaction.

  • Naomi Tolosa
    CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

    Naomi understands the needs of Western businesses, having lived and worked in Australia for a number of years. She works closely with our clients, ensuring their day-to-day processes are carried out in a timely and skillful manner by our offshore staff. She has over a decade of experience in the BPO Industry, and has filled the role of Operations Manager for one of the world’s largest telco's. She also has extensive experience in sales, customer service and small business.

  • Regienald Fundanera
    CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

    Gie holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has eight years experience in the BPO industry, starting his career as a technical support rep for a large US telco. He joined Beepo in 2015 as a Client Experience Team Leader and was promoted to Client Experience Manager.

  • Joanna Marie Macalino (Jaja)
    CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

    Jaja has 12 years experience in the BPO industry and during this time has worked in various Leadership and Process Improvement roles for U.S. and U.K companies. She has worked across a range of roles, including Retail, Sales, Technical Support and Quality Assurance before joining Beepo in 2016 as a Team Leader. Jaja is the Client Experience Manager for Real Estate, Financial and Business Services customers

  • Marilou Garcia
    GROUP ACCOUNTANT

    Marilou leads the way for Beepo’s finance and accountancy department. She has 15 years’ experience in the field, having filled leadership positions as Head Accountant and Finance Manager for large multinationals in construction and IT.

  • Jessie Rey Narciso
    HR & TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

    Jessie heads both the Talent Acquisition and the Human Resource teams in the Philippines. He is a seasoned professional who has spent over a decade in the BPO industry across a variety of roles. This experience has helped him to establish highly-effective teams to support the Beepo operations.

  • Adrian Guevarra
    CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER - REAL ESTATE TEAM

    Adrian heads the Beepo Real Estate Team, working closely with the Client Experience teams and Australian-based Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience to all Real Estate clients. He is a seasoned professional with close to 20 years in the outsourcing industry and experience across both operational and managerial roles.

  • Lourdes G. Vega (Lamey)
    SENIOR REAL ESTATE ACCOUNT TRAINER

    Lamey has several years of experience in Real Estate customer service having started working with Property Management offices in 2013. In her role she oversees a team of trainers and develops and updates curriculum to ensure it is current inline with Australian Real Estate legislation changes. She has completed a Train-the-Trainer program and is an Accredited User in 2 of major Property Management software programs, a first in the Philippines.
