    Aimee is an entrepreneur with two decades of diverse leadership experience. She created Beepo in response to all that she learned as a business owner outsourcing elements of her work to Asia. Aimee saw there was great need for an outsourcing company that could deliver premium service and success to businesses all around the world. An innovator, she integrated the latest technology with best practices in recruitment and quality assurance to design Beepo - the new standard in offshore services. A ‘2015 Young Entrepreneur Trailblazer of the year’, Aimee is leading Beepo to bold new horizons with an expansion of services across several industries in Australia and the US, with an aim to maximise clients’ customer service and business efficiency. She is spearheading the company’s forecast growth to 5000 staff over the next five years.

  • Mark Engelmann

    Mark has many years of experience as a leader and business analyst. As a founding member of Beepo he has been an integral part of the company’s burgeoning success. Mark works in varying capacities across Beepo, but predominantly drives Marketing and Content Strategy ensuring existing and future customers are fully up to date on how Beepo can help them grow.

  • Matt Garrett

    Matt is an Operations and HR Management professional with over 25 years experience in both public and private sectors. In recent years he has fulfilled the role of National Operations Manager for an Australian Training Organisation, and has developed a stand-out ability to nurture teams and drive productivity. As Beepo’s CEO in the Philippines, Matt oversees operations at our facility in the Clark Freeport Zone.

  • Jen Humphreys

    Jen has held senior finance and project management roles and has worked with top performing marketing teams for over 20 years. With a Black Belt in Six Sigma and extensive experience in financial management, business planning, reporting and analysis, and process improvement, Jen has top notch analytical and problem-solving skills. She has a passion for helping businesses grow and thrive by aligning People, Process and Technology initiatives more closely with business strategy and vision.

  • Nick Ogden

    Nick has worked in Sales Leadership roles for some of the world's biggest brands for over 15 years. His strengths in building long term business relationships with both his clients and staff make him a valuable asset to the Beepo Team. His collaborative, open approach and commitment to constant process improvement drives key strategic business development and growth. He is passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service for every client we work with.

  • Marcia Da Silva

    Marcia has over 6 years experience in real estate sales and property management. As our Australian-based Account Manager, Marcia will work together with the Business Development and Client Experience teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all our clients.

  • Gary Culverhouse

    Gary has 6 years financial planning experience, coupled with 14 years experience at the helm of a finance broking company. He successfully grew the finance broking business from zero to 100 loans per month. He also organically established a property management portfolio. He is passionate about working with clients on their business growth strategies.

  • Carol Peach

    Carol's passion for Real Estate is evident in her 26 year career in the industry which involved Property Management, Business Development, Team Leader and Sales Agent roles. With 12 years in the Landlord Insurance space working closely with Real Estate teams, Carol firmly believes in being part of a team and working collaboratively to achieve the best result. A natural people person, Carol understands people and the need to create the right fit.

  • Naomi Tolosa

    Naomi understands the needs of Western businesses, having lived and worked in Australia for a number of years. She works closely with our clients, ensuring their day-to-day processes are carried out in a timely and skillful manner by our offshore staff. She has over a decade of experience in the BPO Industry, and has filled the role of Operations Manager for one of the world’s largest telco's. She also has extensive experience in sales, customer service and small business.

  • Mitch Punzalan

    Mitch has more than 10 years experience in back-office operations including; customer service, billing support, fraud investigations and customer service. Prior to moving to Beepo, Mitch managed the performance and employee relations of more than 100 staff for the SM Super Malls group. Mitch is one of our Client Experience Managers who leads Broker Services Team.

  • Regienald Fundanera

    Gie holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has eight years experience in the BPO industry, starting his career as a technical support rep for a large US telco. He joined Beepo in 2015 as a Client Experience Team Leader and was promoted to Client Experience Manager.

  • Marilou Garcia

    Marilou leads the way for Beepo’s finance and accountancy department. She has 15 years’ experience in the field, having filled leadership positions as Head Accountant and Finance Manager for large multinationals in construction and IT.

  • Jessie Rey Narciso

    Jessie heads the Beepo Recruitment Team, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for international clients. He is a seasoned professional who has spent over a decade in the BPO industry in a diverse range of roles. He has brought that experience to bear, having established himself as our highly effective sourcing and recruitment specialist.

  • Adrian Guevarra

    Dedicated and results-oriented, Adrian has over sixteen years of supervisory, customer service and project management experience. As an account manager for the Beepo Real Estate team, Adrian utilises his extensive operational and management experience to improve the effectiveness of all tasks and staff he oversees.

  • Lourdes G. Vega

    Lourdes has several years’ experience in Real Estate customer service, ranging from property management to technical support, resolutions and team leadership. Lourdes designs courses and handles training programs, as well as mentors newer staff members to become effective assistance.
