As an experienced sales professional, Shane successfully helps clients identify and exceed their organisational growth targets.

Mitch has over 15 years experience in the outsourcing industry. As our Philippines-based Operations Manager, Mitch responsible for inspiring and coaching the Client Experience Managers and their teams to optimise interactions for all Beepo customers. Marilou leads the way for Beepo’s finance and accountancy department. With 18 years accounting experience, she has held a Finance Manager role for the past 10 years for large multinationals in construction and IT. She is responsible for accounting administration, compliance, payroll, taxes, financial auditing and management in the Philippines and Australia.
Regienald Fundanera (Gie)
CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER
Gie has more than 20 experience in the telecommunications industry, starting his career as a technical support rep for a large US telco. He joined Beepo in 2015. In his role as Client Experience Manager Gie overseas day-to-day operations for clients, but is also focused on growth, retention and lifetime value for both clients and Beepo staff.

Jenny has more than 11 years experience in the BPO industry, after starting her career in the call centre industry. She joined Beepo in 2016 and has worked in a variety of roles before being promoted to a Client Experience Manager in 2022. In this role, Jenny not only oversees the day-to-day operations for clients, but also manages client growth, retention and lifetime value.

As a manager, he is in charge of maintaining a good IT support structure, improving internal processes and maintaining relations between departments.

TALENT ACQUISITION SUPERVISOR
Emma has worked in the outsourcing industry for 10 years, with 8 years in Talent Acquisition and 6 years in leadership roles. As the Talent Acquisition Supervisor with Beepo, Emma oversees the end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure they are up-to-date with the labor market to provide better talent for our clients.
Cristina (Tina) Lozano
PEOPLE AND CULTURE OPERATIONS OFFICER
Tina has 12 years of experience working in HR and people operations roles. She is responsible for the people and culture of end-to-end operations and works closely with the management team to develop and drive forward the people strategy across Beepo.
