How it works

The managed services team reports to the operations manager in Australia and conducts the most labour intensive component of the business - payroll solutions. The development team reports to a tech services manager in Australia and are supported by a project administrator who keeps everyone on track to meet project deadlines.

Both the local and offshore teams are supported by the EA who manages all schedules and diaries. The onshore managers handle recruitment, high-level project management and the performance review process. There is also a monthly catch up with an offshore client experience manager to ensure KPIs are being met.



The onshore managers encourage ongoing communication with the team via a bespoke online communication tool. This promotes collaboration and engagement with the team
